This UK based website has been built on Squarespace to publicise and sell the book A History of Palestine in Five Fruits.

When someone visits this website Squarespace collects analytical data which we can use to improve our site. It enables us to monitor the number of visitors we receive and see how people find us. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone.

Only the basic personal details required to process your order are collected. These details - your name, address, email address - will not be released to any outside party. By choosing to use this website to place an order with, you agree to our use of your personal information as required to process and deliver your order.

I do not have access to sensitive payment data and am not able to store credit/debit card details - these are handled by the secure website payment processor Squarespace, which has strict Data Protection Policies and is GDPR compliant.

My policy is to keep all personal information completely confidential and solely for internal purposes, to fulfil your orders or send you relevant information (opt-in only) about the book and related news.

Newsletters are sent via Squarespace, which securely holds my mailing list. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by emailing info@anneapress.com.

I will not trade, sell, resell, or redistribute information that you provide to any companies, organisations or individuals.

Returns & Refunds

I hope you’ll be very happy with your book, but if you wish to return it and seek a refund please let me know in writing no longer than 14 working days after the date on which you received your order.

Please email me with your contact and order details and let me know why you would like to return an item so that I can put things right for you.

If your book is damaged upon arrival or faulty, please notify me with proof of damage and I will exchange your purchase if eligible.

If you have simply changed your mind, return the book in its original condition for a refund minus the initial shipping costs.

Your order will need to be returned to me within 28 days of the order date. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return. Please obtain proof of posting. Refunds will only be credited with the same payment method as the original purchase.
